自取服務

如選擇「門市自取」,請於收到「出貨通知電郵」後 1 個工作天後,於營業時間內前往以下地址,憑單號及購買憑證領取產品:

營業時間:每日 11:00am – 8:00pm
網上訂單取貨地址:九龍佐敦官涌街 7 號匯萃商舖
門店訂單取貨地址:下單訂購產品門市

配送服務與運費

目前網上訂單設全店「折扣後消費滿 HK$300 免本地運費」(暫不包括愉景灣、馬灣、栢麗灣及離島地區)。不符合免運條件的訂單將收取以下運費:
4kg 或以下|$40
超過 4kg|$80

送貨須知:

  • 我們對配送至愉景灣、馬灣、栢麗灣及離島地區等偏遠地區之訂單,將收取不多於 HK$20 的附加運費。顧客須於下單前聯絡客服確認物流安排及額外費用。建議您於下單前先與我們確認可行配送方式,以確保順利派送;

  • 如送貨需上下樓梯,每層將收取 HK$50 樓梯費,如送貨地址與可泊車點距離超過 100 米,只限最近地點交收;

  • 請確保送貨地址有人收貨或管理處可代收,若未能完成派送,我們將與您聯絡,收取 HK$60 行政費並安排不多於一次的重新派件。

  • 如遇上天氣惡劣(如八號風球及黑色暴雨),所有送貨服務將暫停,並另行安排。

發貨處理時效

請顧客付款前確認以下資料正確無誤:

  • 選購產品的數量、款式、顏色與尺碼

  • 收件人姓名、聯絡電話、送貨地址

  • 付款金額與選用的付款方式

我們將於付款成功後 1 - 2 個工作天內發貨。

如因庫存延誤或其他因素未能如期發貨,我們將盡快通知顧客。若顧客不接受新的發貨日期,訂單可取消並按我們的退貨及換貨政策獲退款。

採用物流方式

我們根據訂單體積、重量及送貨地點等因素選用下列方式安排物流送貨:

1. 順豐速運(SF Express)| 京東物流(JDL)| 菜鳥香港(Cainiao)

  • 適用於大多數中小型產品

  • 運送時間:約 2–7 個工作天(一般為 2–4 天)

  • 顧客可按派送通知電郵上提供的追蹤號碼追蹤運單

2. 自家物流( 中大型產品或寵物傢俱)

  • 由我們安排司機送貨

  • 運送時間:發貨日起計 5 個工作天內完成派送

  • 我們會於安排送貨日期後以 Whatsapp 或電郵通知顧客

預訂及預售產品安排

預訂產品一般於下單後 2 – 6 星期內到貨,如遇特別情況(如生產延誤、航班取消、海關滯留),有可能延誤 1 – 3 星期。所有預估到貨日期僅供參考,,實際視乎供應商出貨及物流情況而定,恕不接受原到貨日期前之取消或退款要求。

Self-Pickup Service

If you choose "Store Pickup", please collect your items 1 working day after receiving the Dispatch Confirmation Email during our business hours.

Business hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm daily

Pickup location for online orders: Shop at 7 Kwun Chung Street, Jordan, Kowloon

Pickup location for in-store orders: The same shop where the order was placed.

Please present your order number & proof of purchase at the time of pickup.

Delivery Service & Fees

For online orders, we currently offer free local shipping for orders over HK$300 (after discounts). At the moment, this excludes Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, & other outlying islands.  For orders not eligible for this offer, delivery fees will be:

4kg or below        | $40

Over 4kg            | $80

For delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Island, & outlying islands, an additional surcharge of up to HK$20 will apply.  To avoid delays, customers are advised to contact customer service prior to placing an order to confirm logistics options and applicable surcharges.

Additional charges may apply for the following situations:

  • stair access required: HK$50 per floor, with distance over 100m from nearest drop-off point, delivery will be made to the nearest accessible location

  • if no one is available to receive the delivery or the management office cannot accept it, we will arrange redelivery (once only) with a HK$60 admin fee.

Delivery services will be suspended during extreme weather conditions, such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning. Alternative arrangements will be made.

Dispatching Lead Time

Before making payment, please ensure all order details are correct, including:

  • Product type, quantity, colour, and size

  • Recipient name, contact number, & delivery address

  • Total payment amount & selected payment method

Orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 working days upon successful payment.

If delays occur due to stock availability or other reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the revised delivery date is unacceptable, you may cancel the order & request a refund in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Delivery Methods

We will assign the most suitable delivery method based on the order’s size, weight, & destination:

1. SF Express | JD Logistics | Cainiao Hong Kong

  • used for most small-to-medium-sized items

  • estimated delivery time: 2–7 working days (typically 2–4 days)

  • tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email

2. In-house Delivery (for larger items or pet furniture)

  • delivered by our internal logistics team

  • estimated delivery time: within 5 working days from the dispatchment date

  • customers will be notified via WhatsApp or email once the delivery is scheduled

Pre-order & Presale Arrangements

Most pre-order items will arrive within 2–6 weeks of the order date, depending on supplier dispatch & logistics conditions. In the event of special circumstances (e.g., manufacturing delays, flight cancellations, customs clearance), an additional 1–3 week delay may occur.

All estimated delivery dates are indicative only & no cancellations or refunds will be accepted prior to the stated date.
