RUFF & FETCH 門市及網店銷售條款及細則

1 適用範圍

1.1 本銷售條款及細則(下稱「本條款」)適用於 RUFF & FETCH LIMITED 及 NEW NATION INVESTMENT LIMITED(下稱「我們」或「本公司」)所營運的一切銷售渠道,包括但不限於本公司網站(https://ruffandfetch.com)、門市零售點、社交平台及電話或訊息下單等方式。凡於以上任何渠道支付及購買本公司產品,即視為顧客(「閣下」)已閱讀、理解並接受本條款與相關政策(包括退換政策與私隱條款)之約束。

2 條款確認與修訂

2.1 閣下在建立帳戶、下單、購物或於門市購買產品前,應細閱本條款及我們的私隱政策。於網站、門市或其他平台購物即表示閣下同意本條款內容。

2.2 本公司保留隨時更新本條款之權利。所有修訂將於本網站公告並即時生效,建議閣下於每次購物前查閱及保存最新條款版本。

4 售價與付款方式

4.1 所有產品價格、運費及其他費用均以港幣計算,並會於結帳前清楚列明。 閣下完成付款即代表已經同意該價格。

4.2 閣下可透過本網站提供的電子支付方式(包括信用卡、電子錢包等)、銀行轉賬付款,或於門市使用現金、八達通、信用卡等方式付款。

4.3 我們保留隨時調整價格及更正價格錯誤的權利。如發現錯價情況,我們將聯絡閣下確認是否繼續交易。

5 訂單確認與拒絕

5.1 閣下於網站、社交平台或門市下單後,我們將以電郵、收據或口頭方式確認收到訂單。而門市銷售完成即視為訂單確認。

5.2 然而,我們有可能因庫存不足、價格錯誤、付款未確認等原因,拒絕或取消訂單。

5.3 如在確認訂單後的 3 個工作天內沒有收到我們發出的電郵或以電話方式告知閣下訂單已被取消,則表示我們已接受訂單。

5.4 如已付款但訂單被取消,我們將於 14 個工作天內安排退款至原付款方式或銀行帳戶,而門市購買的訂單亦不另設即時退款,服務類項目的退款不受退貨政策保障,請另行參照相關條款。具體安排請參閱退貨及換貨政策頁。

6 送貨與取貨安排

6.1 我們提供送貨或門市自取服務,具體安排請參閱送貨與自取政策頁。

6.2  於線上或門市購買時可選擇即時提貨或安排之後送貨或自取等履行方式,一經決定,將不可更改。

6.3 如閣下未能於選定送貨地址接收貨品,或提供資料不準確,我們可能:

- 收取額外儲存或送貨費用;
- 將貨品另行處理而不予退款。

7 退換政策

7.1 所有網站及門市購物均受退換貨政策約束。

7.2 如需申請退換,請於付款日起 14 天內聯絡我們,及把相關產品交回,退貨條件包括:產品未被使用、未開封、包裝及配件完整、非食品或貼身用品等。退款將於審核後 14 個工作天內退回,門市不設即場退款或換貨,須經客戶服務處理。詳情請參閱網站上之最新政策內容。

8 保養條款

8.1 部分產品享有限保養服務,所有銷售渠道(包括門市)所購產品,均可享受本公司既定保養條款。各類產品的保養期及範圍均不同,詳情請參閱產品頁或於購買前向我們查詢。

9 預售產品聲明

9.1 所有預售產品所標記的預計到貨日期僅供參考,實際到貨日期可能會因品牌出貨安排、物流或其他不可控因素而有所調整。

9.2 本公司保留修改履行日期之權利,恕不接受因此而提出之損害賠償。

10 延誤交貨責任

10.1 本公司不能對銷售產品、履行安排及方式及其間接損失或利潤損失負責,惟不限制對因疏忽或欺詐造成的法律責任。

11 不可抗力條款

11.1 若因天災、疫情、政府限制、供應鏈中斷或其他超出我們控制範圍的情況導致我們無法如期履行合約或交付產品,本公司將不被視為違約,並有權自行延期履行或取消相關訂單。

12 產品責任

12.1 本公司所銷售之所有產品,其設計、製造及標示,產品責任均由品牌或原廠提供。

12.2 本公司會盡力篩選優質產品,但不能就任何產品之性能、適用性、使用結果作出明示或默示保證。

12.3 如顧客於正常使用情況下發現產品出現明顯缺陷,請於收到產品起 3 日內聯絡我們,我們會協助轉介品牌進行跟進或更換,惟不保證可獲賠償或換貨結果。

13 責任限制

13.1 本公司不會承擔因產品使用引致之任何間接、人身或財產損失,惟香港法律禁止排除之責任除外。

13.2 如因產品導致損失,我們在法律容許的最大範圍內所承擔之責任,將不超過閣下購買該產品所支付的金額。

14 其他條款

14.1 如條文有任何爭議,本公司保留最終解釋及決定權。

14.2 如條款中英版本出現歧異,以中文版本為準。

14.3 本條款受香港特別行政區法律約束。

1 Scope of Application

1.1 These Sales Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales channels operated by RUFF & FETCH LIMITED and NEW NATION INVESTMENT LIMITED ("we" or "the Company"), including but not limited to our official website (https://ruffandfetch.com), physical retail stores, social media platforms, and telephone or message-based orders. By making any purchase via these channels, the customer ("you") is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Returns & Exchanges Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

2 Acceptance & Updates to Terms

2.1 You are required to read these Terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account, placing an order, or making a purchase at any of our points of sale. By making a purchase via our website, retail stores, or other channels, you agree to the most current version of these Terms. 

2.2 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website and take immediate effect. Customers are advised to review and save the latest version before each transaction.

4 Pricing & Payment

4.1 All prices, shipping fees, and other charges are listed in HKD and shown clearly before checkout. Payment confirms your acceptance of the total amount due.

4.2 We accept online payments via credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and in-store payments including cash, Octopus, and credit cards.

4.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a discrepancy is found, we will contact you to confirm continuation or cancellation of the order.

5 Order Confirmation & Rejection

5.1 Orders placed via website, social media, or in-store are considered confirmed upon issuance of a receipt, confirmation email, or verbal confirmation.

5.2 We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, unverified payments, or other reasons.

5.3 If no cancellation notice is received within 3 business days of order placement, the order is deemed accepted.

5.4 Cancelled and prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days. In-store purchases are non-refundable on-site. Service-based transactions are not covered under the Returns Policy and are subject to separate terms.

6 Delivery & Pick-Up

6.1 We offer delivery and in-store pick-up services. For full details, please refer to our “Shipping & Pick-Up Policy” page.

6.2 At the time of purchase, whether online or in-store, customers may choose immediate pick-up, scheduled delivery, or later collection. Once a fulfillment method is selected, it cannot be changed.

6.3 If you fail to receive the goods at the designated delivery address, or if the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, we reserve the right to:

  • charge additional storage or re-delivery fees;

  • cancel the delivery and handle the order at our sole discretion, without issuing a refund.

7 Returns & Exchanges

7.1 All purchases, online or in-store, are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7.2 To request a return, contact us within 14 days of payment and return the product in unused, unopened, and resellable condition, with intact packaging and accessories. Food, personal items, or used goods are not eligible.

7.3 Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days. No on-site refunds or exchanges will be processed in-store. All returns must go through our customer service.

8 Product Warranty

8.1 Some products are covered by limited warranties. All products, regardless of purchase channel, are subject to our standard warranty terms. Warranty period and coverage vary by product. See product pages or contact us for details.

9 Pre-Order Disclaimer

9.1 All listed expected arrival dates for pre-order products are indicative only. Actual dates may vary depending on brand dispatch schedules, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

9.2 We reserve the right to revise fulfillment timelines and do not accept liability for any compensation due to delays.

10 Responsibility for Delivery Delays

10.1 The Company shall not be liable for any losses, indirect damages, or loss of profit caused by delays in product delivery or service execution, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law in cases of negligence or fraud.

11 Force Majeure

11.1 We are not liable for failure to perform or deliver due to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to delay or cancel affected orders without being deemed in breach of contract.

12 Product Liability

12.1 All products sold by the Company are designed, manufactured, and labelled by the respective brand or manufacturer. 

12.2 While we strive to curate high-quality offerings, we make no express or implied guarantees regarding product performance, suitability, or outcome. 

12.3 If a defect is identified under normal use, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will assist in escalating the case to the brand, but compensation or replacement is not guaranteed.

13 Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Company shall not be responsible for any indirect, personal, or property damages resulting from product use, except where exclusion is prohibited by Hong Kong law.
13.2 In all events, our liability shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the item in question.

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 In the event of a dispute, the Company reserves the right to final interpretation and decision.

14.2 In the case of discrepancies between Chinese and English versions of these Terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.

14.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
